Tremendous Thursday!

Homework:

Check your grades on Skyward and keep up with missing assignments.
Planner signed EVERY day.

Read 20 minutes every day (or 100 minutes per week).

Language Arts: 
A, B, C Tracks: 

•  UtahCompose.com Informational/Explanatory Essay "Origins of the Alphabet." Due: February 15, at 11:00 PM.

• Memorize poem "The Bridge Builder." Due: February 11. Practice saying it LOUD, SLOW, and CLEAR.
• NoRedInk Online Assignments (5) due: February 15, at 11:00 PM.

Science:

A, B, C Tracks:  Empty 2-liter pop bottles by 2/4.  Empty shoe box (or other box about that size) with a lid on 2/9.

 

Reading/Spelling: 

A track: No assignment.
B track: No assignment.
C Track: No assignment.

Math:
Log in to ThinkCentral.com for math homework activities.

Every Day: Do Reflex Math until you reach the green light.

A Track: Test tomorrow.
B Track: 5-17 worksheet due: 1/30.

C Track: 5-17 worksheet due: 1/30.

D Track: 
**Extra Credit for any student who completes all of their Thinkcentral.com assignments through Unit 5.  Due Feb. 16**

Social Studies:  

A Track: Atlas 22 a and b 
B Track: Atlas 32-33 due Friday 1/30.
C Track: No assignment

Technology/Keyboarding: All 6th grade students should be keyboarding at 28 wpm net or higher. Use Typing Web at home to improve your speed and accuracy. Typing speeds are a part of your Technology grade!!!
